Risk Management Consultation

PAS offers complimentary consultation to Human Resources in high-risk situations such as threat of violence/safety risk, erratic or abusive behavior, high-risk terminations, and high impact work group conflict. The psychologists assess the situation on a preliminary basis, and then recommend strategy, response and intervention options to mitigate risk. PAS specialists include a diverse group of experts.
