State-of-the-art, engaging, and interactive digital monthly magazine that instructs users in wellbeing principles and practices and provides rapid access to PAS-specific as well as public support resources. Accessed by simply clicking on a PAS-provided link, subscribers immediately experience interactivity and personal engagement in wellbeing practices without having to download an app, create a user account or sign in. Easy point-and-click access from any device to easy-to-read, enjoyable, engaging information that reinforces repeated engagement. Instructionally designed content includes interactive graphics and exercises. Participants have the option to connect with a PAS counselor directly from the platform.
