Blue

A blue merle Australian shepherd, Blue joined PAS as a differently-abled therapy dog. As a result of irresponsible breeding, Blue developed progressive blindness with very limited eyesight. Without missing a beat, Blue adapted and found his way to those he greeted by sound and smell. Originally trained as an assist dog, he had an irrepressible spirit and eagerness to please. Blue is a reminder that our ability to enjoy life and live out our purpose is not determined by the obstacles and challenges we encounter, but by how we “see” ourselves.
